Jason’s Deli will construct a new 4580’ sqft restaurant on the site. This will be Jason’s Deli’s 1st location in the Mobile area. |

Cheddars has constructed a new 8,000’ sqft restaurant on the site. This is Cheddars 1st location in the Mobile area. This development will include a new 5,000’ sqft freestanding building that is leased to AT&T. |
